Sticking to the "yin and yang" of hues, nothing gives me so much clarity and simplicity than the good ole tandem of black and white.

Everything these days has transitioned from simple to complex in just a snap of a twig. Excruciatingly complex that sometimes it makes us lose our common sense of things. We are no longer a big fanatic of the KISS approach as if every information must go all the way, thoroughly scrutinized and digested. This is perhaps the reason why this attention to details syndrome had me reverting to the plain way of things. And I am of course referring to our choice of "decluttered dressing".

Sticking to the "yin & yang" of hues, nothing gives me so much clarity and simplicity than the good ole tandem of black and white. I mean, who argues with time? Time is a friend who can prove an item or a palette's reliability along the course of style. And these two have been a constant choice amongst well known personalities: Kanye, Karl Lagerfeld, Steve Jobs, Michael Kors, Jean Paul Gaultier, Alexander Wang, Carolina Herrera and tons of them. I bet you can add up a whole lot of squad constantly donning that black and white ensemble.

My point? I'm trying to have one here. Really. If your mind is already a jungle of thoughts (for a meeting or whatnot) don't get more disarrayed by suiting up with too much embellishments. Stick with the basic.
