On a particularly sweltering afternoon, the only thing that comforts me is a perfect culmination of a lusciously airy top, a soft textured skirt and a glass of cold refreshments. All of these in pursuit of underarm bliss and sweat free groin. Because you know, reality.

So, apparently, I'm a walking irony that day. Wearing a tight halter top matched with a stiff appeal of a structured skirt was every bit contradicting with my statement above. But believe it or not, though, this ensemble was deceptively comfortable for the weather then. The top provided more ventilation and side boob exposure than one could ever ask for.  And the skirt, albeit its strong façade has a light ease effect when worn.

And these days, I'm more inclined to cherish anything that has something to do with relaxation and comfort. As I've mentioned here, I owe you a story. The past few months have been a whirlwind of new agenda and skill learnings which can only be described as a love-hate pursuit on self-growth.

Besides my full-time corporate office job, I've recently dabbled in part-time freelancing as well. Juggling a handful of clients from different time zones armed with daunting corporate workload against my limited abilities and ignorance. All the while managing shipment of orders and answering customer queries (and body insecurities) during wee hours of the day for my small online store, TAIMANA

Because, why not?

All things said, there was never a total abandonment on my creative flow. Disruption, yes.  But I've been lurking on Instagram , EyeEm, Behance and a myriad of other websites to quench that thirst for inspiration, as well as to contribute  amateur work.

I guess when you love to create something that is immensely self-liberating, it wouldn't matter what the channels of expression are. It'll naturally flush itself from your system right down that bowl, alley, gutter or bush in whatever form or state.

And I find beauty in that sense of chaos.
